We had a wonderful stay at a cosy and centrally located cottage. It was spotlessly clean and had a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. the beds were very comfy, and we enjoyed having a bench out front and a table and chairs in the back to enjoy the sun. It was convenient to have a combi boiler for plentiful hot water and a convenient ensuite loo and basin in one of the bedrooms. the cottage was also newly renovated with stylish furnishings and a user-friendly kitchen. a delightful experience and highly recommended. Cons: Hard to think of anything! 😊.

We had a delightful romantic getaway in a cozy cottage. The decor was lovely and the furniture was comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was well-appointed, with a very nice oven and hob. We also appreciated the small outside private space where we could relax in the sun. The location was perfect, right in the center of a picturesque town with independent shops and restaurants. It was also convenient to have easy parking options nearby.
The stairs in the cottage were steeper than expected, which made it a bit difficult to navigate, especially for older guests. The arrangement at the top landing was odd, with a potentially dangerous entry into the second bedroom.

This charming cottage is ideally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Situated on a bustling high street, it offers convenient access to independent shops and restaurants, creating a quintessential seaside experience. the interior of the cottage exudes comfort and coziness, with a delightful layout and incredibly comfortable beds. the presence of a log burner adds a special touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. the compact kitchen and newly refurbished bathroom provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
It would have been preferable if the cleanliness levels were up to par, particularly in regards to the banister rail on the staircase. the presence of black hand marks negatively impacted the initial impression of the cottage.

My stay at Ivy Cottage was simply delightful. The prime location on Aldeburgh High Street meant that I was within walking distance of all the charming shops and restaurants. But what really stole the show was the cosy sitting room with the log burner. It was like stepping into a fairytale cottage, complete with a crackling fire and a warm ambiance.
Staircase slightly precarious for elderly.
